OMG Dean you stepped all over her cold vampire heart. :< Really she just found you amusing but she did trust you and she hates it when people betray her trust because I imagine it's happened to her a LOT over the years. She'll get over her upset eventually but for now you're on her blacklist until you do something to make up for it, most likely.
