My name is Kyuu, and I'm bringing in Houyama Mitsuki from the hideously obscure manga, Doubt! She's basically a "RULES AND GUIDELINES!!" freak that was hypnotized into becoming a murderer in canon, but as long as she's kept away from ringtones, it's all cool. o/
