So would you mind telling me a bit about Babylon 5?

It's the fifth Babylon station. It was built to be a diplomatic and commercial station to prevent another war of misunderstanding. Earth built it after the Earth-Minbarri war, although the Centaurri and Minbarri governments paid for most of it.
