I don't believe I am the one causing the world to be in a constant state of war, poverty, and struggle. No, that is of their own doing. Politics have no place anymore, and I tire of watching the species devolve. With Uroboros, the Earth will be cleansed of those destructive creatures, the human genome being enhanced by the virus.

Apparently you have selective hearing. I have mentioned on a number of occasions that replicating Uroboros within the mansion is impossible.
