Wesker: She’s suspicious. Like she said during their only conversation thus far, Wesker seems like he’s got one too many irons in the fire. She can smell the schemes from across Wonderland, and she doesn’t like it. It doesn’t mean she’ll stop trolling him, though—hell no, she wants to figure this shit out.

Also, once she finds out about him and Karkat hanging out together and whatever, her suspicion and trolling will be kicked into highgear. Because, hey, Wesker is a bit too similar to a certain Jack Noir (aka Spades Slick), who was another nefarious schemer Karkat made friends with and who Terezi ended up exiling. Karkat isn’t the smartest troll when it comes to his alliances/bros, and Terezi knows it.

m!Wesker: One of the main difference between Terezi and m!Terezi is m!Terezi’s support of the Alternian bloodcolor-based class system. According to it, she’s blueblooded nobility (the bottom tier of it, but still nobility). That means a) she hates everyone below her, b) she hates everyone above her, c) trolls are the best and anything that isn’t a troll needs to die right the fuck now. That’s just what’s expected of her, you know? That and extreme violence.

If she sees him, she’ll try and kill the fuck out of him. If she’s talking to him, she’ll try and troll the fuck out of him. Basically, pretty neutral.
