Hasn't met Miguel but will probably have waaaaaaaaaaaaay too much fun when he does. They can go on wacky adventures.
He hasn't met Beiste either actually. (we need to fix this). He will be totally offended when he realizes she thinks he's a sexual predator preying on poor defenseless Santana.
Maskers
He has no desire to kill Miguel. He doesn't know what a Tulio is, but if he sees one he'll bring it to you. He's a helpful sort of guy.
He likes Beiste. She's nice and talks to him and didn't freak out when he said he didn't have a name. Which is nice. He's not going to show you his stabs. Rest assured.
