He also learned from their encounter that he needed to watch himself around the other residents concerning the topic of Uroboros.
Karkat: Very much 'bros before hos' in this case. While he was slightly turned off by the troll's forwardness at first, he quickly grew accustomed to Karkat's mannerisms and actually enjoyed his company. The fact that Karkat is not human allows Wesker to be so relaxed and open about various topics around the troll. I'm not quite sure if I'd call him sympathetic toward Karkat concerning his background, but Wesker understands him and feels that the troll is of strong character. There is definitely no need for him to worry about being used for one of Wesker's experiments in the future.
