Wesker on Nagi and Karkat. GO GO GO.

Nagi: Where do I even begin? Nagi rubbed Wesker the wrong way from the moment the tyrant appeared in the mansion. Before Wesker's little "episode", he wanted to dispose of Nagi at first sight of the man. He's not used to someone being so defiant in his presence and almost sees him as a threat. The man's got tenacity and balls, Wesker will give him that. After using his serum, he was grateful (although he doesn't like to admit it easily) for Nagi's insight concerning the closets. However, even though he proposed a truce, Wesker is very much going to keep an eye on him in the future.

He also learned from their encounter that he needed to watch himself around the other residents concerning the topic of Uroboros.

Karkat: Very much 'bros before hos' in this case. While he was slightly turned off by the troll's forwardness at first, he quickly grew accustomed to Karkat's mannerisms and actually enjoyed his company. The fact that Karkat is not human allows Wesker to be so relaxed and open about various topics around the troll. I'm not quite sure if I'd call him sympathetic toward Karkat concerning his background, but Wesker understands him and feels that the troll is of strong character. There is definitely no need for him to worry about being used for one of Wesker's experiments in the future.
