Ivanova; She's helpful! Informative, at the least, and a true helper of sorts. An authority figure. Deep down, Justin may not actually regard her as highly as she should be, because she's a woman. (But this is something even he may not realize that he's doing on a conscious level.) He meant it when he wished her patrol group good wishes. He would have offered his assistance, but he has no intention of siding with Ivanova or anyone in Wonderland. He wouldn't hesitate to aid her if he deems it righteous, though.
Kura; Justin doesn't have a solid opinion of him, but he doesn't care for Kura. Because he can make quick judgments of character, the overambitious vibe Kura gives off may give Justin reason to be slightly wary in their future encounters. Ultimately, though, he doesn't care -- for now. They're on neutral grounds, pretty much.

Terezi is very odd. Well, maybe not that odd, because there's a disconnect between Justin and people in general in that he can be hard to faze with bizarre character alone. In any case, she provided a unique conversation. He doesn't have an opinion of her, nor did she leave much of an impression besides the outlandish claims, but it may be those aforementioned statements that have earned her a place in his nonexistent list of unusual characters.
First and foremost, he'd like to see if she was telling the truth when she said she was super strong. Then he may be inclined to give her claims more credence, because right now, he doesn't regard her in any high respects to be doing that.
