Seeu-
Hibari's interacted with him rarely but his association with Yujinn makes Hibari make his own quick judgments about him. Favorable ones but still tucked away in the "might be useful but is mostly a tool" category.

Haru-
Loud. Obnoxious. Perverse. Irritating. Waste of space. He does not think much of him in the slightest as he has mostly interacted with the party loving sex addict. He enjoyed the fight with Ki but as it was a mirror, he does not associate that strength and ferocity with Haru.

Seimei-
a difficult one on many levels upon Hibari's return~ Much about what he thinks about Seimei will come out later in conversation. Before he left, though, he thought Seimei was a bit cowardly and a bit more sentimental at times than he cared for (going to get his ring back for himself what even~) but very attentive in his own way and assertive/aggressive enough at times to be more than a simple henchman. He liked that he was someone he could be both quiet and rough with and who didn't make him feel as inept as he knew he was at interpersonal relationships. He didn't see him as an equal but he couldn't quite look down on him either. Lots of oddities within best explained as blinded affection that let him just accept him.
