Jesse doesn't have much of an impression of her beyond, say, "holy hell, McKinley hired a responsible adult!". Beiste seems responsible, so. Awesome. He doesn't plan on going to her if he ever needs anything since he doesn't really know her, but she's not someone he really minds, either.
