Hello, everyone! This is Vain (terrierfancy mun) and I'm bringing another Homestuck character here into the mix! His name is Doc Scratch and he's... kind of omniscient and usually omnipotent. HOWEVER, here at Eway his powers are going to be dampered down and he's going to not know as much stuff and not be quite as unkillable.

I actually really hope he dies at some point so he can secretly be disappointed or angry.

ANYWAY! Please, please, PLEASE fill out his PERMISSIONS POST and either friend add officercueball or do that officercueball!

Also! He talks in a very polite and proper manner in an annoying text color. So I apologize in advance for all of the highlighting some of you will have to be doing.
