IS IT NORMAL TO BE INEXPLICABLY NERVOUS ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THIS

kdjafkdf Hey! I'm Min, and I'll be RPing your local South Italy (aka Romano), so friend add [livejournal.com profile] middayitaly  when you get the chance! I am very very excited to be here, and I can't wait to get to interact with everyone. \o/ Will probably make an intro post soon, ahah.

Woah, really?! I would've never expected that, ahah! American English is obviously easier for me since I'm... yeah, American.

Yeah, I've mostly picked up a few katakana from things like... pixiv tags and stuff, LOL. But yeah, I've heard that kanji can be a total bitch. Doesn't it have a lot of roots in Chinese or something?

Oh!! That's an interesting idea, actually. I'll try googling that right now. \o/

Well, I have to admit that American English is easier as well, even though I'm not American. It's more fun than British English, anyway. Arthur's English is stiff and why did you spell "realize" or "civilization" with an "s". Why. Why. Whyyyyy.

LOL pixiv tags. I have the pixiv tags directory, so I only clicked and clicked without paying any attention to the letters. Hehe. Who cares about them anyway? /shot. It is a total bitch. And ugh, don't get me started on Chinese kanji/letters/whatever you called it. It's the root and therefore harder. I don't even have an experience in learning Chinese nor am I Chinese, but it already freaked me out. And half of the world is Chinese, wtf. I HATE PICTOGRAMS AHHHH WHY CAN'T THESE PEOPLE JUST STICK WITH LATIN. /explodes

AHAHAHAH that is very IC for Arthur. Though, I've always found some of English spellings in general somewhat strange. Like, why is "dough" pronounced DOE while "tough" is pronounced TUFF? It's a bit odd.

Yeah, I usually use the directory too, pffft. So much easier. But I've come to recognize letters, like the ones used in ROMANO and SPAIN and whatnot. And yeah, I've heard that Chinese is really hard to learn if you haven't been raised with it. I-I MEAN. IT'S PRETTY? AHAHAH the Korean language is actually really simple, but I just suck at learning it. :|

Yeah, no wonder people stereotyped the Brits as "stiff upper-lipped"...but pshhhh, my British friends would kill me if I call them that. Well, not as strange as other language...comparing to other language, I think English is rather normal.

And I definitely love the person who made the directory. She made my life so much easier. People like that deserves a Nobel. /shot. Eh, I still don't recognize the letters. I guess it's because of my thick head. Yeah, it is. A friend of mine is an Canadian-born Chinese and is currently struggling with the language :/ I typed Canadian as American as first. Sorry, Matthew. IT'S PRETTY BUT IT GIVES ME A HEADACHE. That's why I stayed away from languages like Russian and stick with the ones who doesn't have their own letters instead. Japanese too, but I just suck at learning, it, too! /brofist

Ahh, I see. I don't know any languages well enough to compare English with, and the ones I'm somewhat familiar with seem easier. So... I don't have much basis, LOL \o/;;

YES oh my god. I don't even know how you would keep track off all of those tags. @___@ And yeah, I know a lot of Chinese people and the only ones who can use it fluently are the ones who have been learning it their whole lives. And yeah, it's much easier for me to learn German than Korean, since German already has a lot of similarities to English while Korean is sort of like starting from scratch.

It's the easiest for me, but I guess everyone had different opinions. It's not as hard as, say, French.

I have this sneaking suspicion that she's a robot. LOL. Beep beep. I only know like...one of them? It was the one I'm talking about. And I don't know any Japanese, not yet. Americans made up 90% of my online friend list XD and if you can do German, then you can do other Germanic languages, too.
