Michi here, bringing you another creepy character, because Vincent apparently wasn't enough.

Say hello to Akame Nisei of Loveless.

He's actually hard to describe in only a few words, but needless to say, he's a creeper. One who wears a good mask of sweetness, can be rather snarky and humerous, loves making weak and innocent people cry and enjoys twisted games that are exciting. That should give you a bit of an idea what to expect. Well, and he isn't bothered by Seimei at his worst, making him probably just as bad or maybe even worse if that tells you anything.

I'd say he's a little more tame than Vincent, but I can't deny that they are very similar. Nisei is much more people friendly in canon than Vincent, and not quite half as insane as Vincent.

She grew up in a place where they performed cruel experiments on little children, and then in a place where people lived who remembered that place. She's used to some things.... it would really be interesting to explore to what she's used XD
