I have a teensy request!

I'm really enjoying playing with everyone here, and God knows this is the nicest community I've been on in a long, long time. That being the case, I'm happily learning all about new characters and new series, and suchlikes except when a bio isn't provided on a character's userinfo page. It's really a pain to try to find a single app for a character I'm not familiar with on the applications page of e-way, and I would really love to learn about backstory and suchlikes. (No joke, you guys, this ain't a flame - this is a super-curious mun wishing to know more about your awesome character)

This request isn't to any one mun in particular, by the way, it's just my own browsing on e-way, reading backlogs for the hell of it, and trying to learn about backstories when there sometimes aren't any readily available. Ergo, a humble request from a fawning mun: If it isn't too much trouble (and you haven't already done so), give me a hint on where to find your super-cool backstory and suchlikes, pretty please with sugar and nuts and stuffed penguins on top?

*nodnod* I didn't have any trouble finding your character's backstory, but a couple of characters on here are obscure enough that I'm left trying to figure out series names and backstory pages from lj-icon names. Like, oooh, that's such a cool character....let me spend the next hour trying to find out series, wiki, backstory, anything.

My profile ain't much to look at either, but I posted my backstory from my app under my bio, so that ppl unfamiliar with Anita Blake would have at least some clue who she was. I fail at HTML, though, so a plain profile it shall remain.

I'm always so flaky about adding profiles and info... I'll do it for some and then not others. ^^;; I'll try and at least add everyone's app to the top of their journal.

No, I don't think you're out-of-line! Though it might be easier to try and get a hold of people oocly and ask them directly. But I know exactly what you mean - I'm exactly the same about that. I love going and looking for back stories. I try to keep my userinfo up-to-date, but I forget a lot of the time too. Kobato's needs a makeover, badly.

It's flattering though, that you like us that much to go read old backlogs like that! You know you can come prod me if you ever want to hear me babble about my characters |D; As long as you do too!

Hooray for not being out of line ^_^ My userinfo page for my characters is pathetically boring, but I took the habit a long time ago of putting my app-backstory up under my bio, just in case. I don't even usually post stuff that's happened since I joined a game, though I guess I should, it's just good to have a starting place to go from, you know?

I'd like that :) I'm on the chatroom, occationally, though I'm super-duper-sucky with names, so I still don't quite know who is who.

Sorry.. I've been meaning to do that but I get lost in my head.

KIDDING! I'm hilarious.

I never did get to read harry potter, but I can find info on him pretty easily. Stuff I mean is for more obscure (but still clearly awesome!) manga or animes that I'm not familiar with that I can't easily *find* on my own. I've spent a good 20 or 30 minutes searching through all 20+ pages to find an app, just so I can see moar backstories.
