MY NAME IS RAINA. I was ~~conned~~ ~~bribed~~ ~~threatened~~ asked to join to help out the Tales of Symphonia cast, so I brought with me the lovable idiot in red, Lloyd Irving.

I've never played him before (if you recognize this journal from

paradisa, its original owner gave it to me after I flailed around about journal names for awhile), so please take that into account.

However, don't be afraid to point it out to me if I'm doing something wrong. ♥

And I know! This'll be my first time playing him-- I usually play Raine, so...!

One day I'll get to actually play ToS. I only saw the anime.

Well, I loved his first entry. I think you'll do just fine with him~ ♥

The anime takes out some of the stuff from the game. And the game is addicting, once you FINALLY get going. But until I reached that point, Lloyd was one of the few things I enjoyed about the game.

So I've been told! I think that's why a lot of people didn't like the anime? Well, you can play Gamecube games on a Wii, right? 'Cause my next big purchase is totally going to be a Wii. Not for a long while, though, since I just invested in a laptop. BUT ToS will definitely be the first game I play when I do get one~ ♥

Maybe. I've taken screens of the anime and used them for Raine icons. I might do the same for Lloyd and Zelos, as I'm... probably going to end up investing in a paid account for both. Woe, damn both of them for having too many expressions.

But yes, play it! It's fun! I bought a Gamecube for the express purpose of playing it. ♥

I definitely will! I did enjoy TotA. Not as much as some, but I liked it enough. ToS seems to be the next popular one after TotA, so~

TotA wasn't nearly as awesome to me as ToS. I didn't like the characters nearly as much. Granted, I still fangirl Asch and now Guy, but still.

I always see them getting equal amounts of attentions in fanbase and such, but... I'll just have to see for myself! ^^ I did love the anime and have to say I took to the story better than TotA, but... We'll see. (Genis and Raine were my favorite. ♥)

Raine is awesome! I play her at Template, but finding a Genis... *HEAVES A SIGH* I swear, for all the icons Genis has, Genis players are nonexistent.

Nice! :D Aww... Well.. argh, I've wanted to apply Genis somewhere for the longest time based on what I've seen in the anime, but... I feel I'd need to play the game first to do that. ._.

It probably would help! XD Genis... has an interesting relationship with everyone.

A crush on Presea, general know-it-all to Lloyd, little brother and sort of son to Raine, close friends with Colette.

And he's got an interesting personality. :D

Hahaha, this is what I gathered when I looked up stuff about him/the game itself. I want to play him so badly... I have a crap load of icons for him and everything already! but... need to actually know the character first. XDDD Especially one as smart and close to other characters as Genis is.

All the more reason to have the gaaaame! ... Screw the Wii, maybe I'll jut get a Gamecube for this game. It'd be cheaper. XD

The person who pushed TotA on both of us doesn't like that I think that every character in ToS > Luke, but hoooooly crap. Lloyd will have you laughing and RAINE.

*FLAIL* GAH SO TEMPTED NOW. T_T I'm going to have no money to continue college now. Yay! XD

Hahaha, well, I trust you more where these things are concerned. Because the anime did crack me up in places. I like when Raine was, like, glomping the floor of that temple. And everyone else was just like '.....' at her. XD

It's okay! I managed to buy a Gamecube despite being SO BROKE. It's not so bad. ♥

Raine's ruinmode isn't played up as much in the game as it is in the anime (kind of like Guy's fontech obsession is played up more in the manga?). But I still think the game is SO AWESOME.

For instance, Lloyd is a peeping tom. And it's aaaaaaaaall Zelos's fault. ♥

I had SO much fun exploring that game. and I feel... kind of bad taking Lloyd from the Kratos ending, where Zelos dies, but... I thought a reunion between Zelos and his Bud would be cute.

Hahahaha, why can't I see Llyod as a peeping tom? XD Or as the kind of peeping tom who is reluctant, but goes with it, and get pwn'd instead of the real one. XD Zelos. Laura's Zelos made me really love him. ♥

Zelos was actually doing the peeping tom-ing. BUT LLOYD WAS BEING A GOOD GUY AND TELLING HIM TO STOP. But the two got a little rambunctious-- and the girls heard.

So Zelos, being Zelos, HIGHTALED IT. And Lloyd got blamed. ♥ It was classic!

And Laura's Zelos is super special awesome. D: Luff him. He and my Kallen are BFF 4 LYFE.

HAHAHAHA. That's classic. Poor Llyod. XD

Oh, she picked him up again~? Fun! LOL Kallen and Zelos as friends? That's awesome. XD

Mhm, she did! I was kinda shocked when she did, but I didn't argue. She's really good at him-- I can say this with much confidence as I've FINALLY gotten to play the damn game. :|b I blame her, and our Colette-mun.

Did you know: Guy/Colette is twenty bajillion kinds of cute? ♥
