Hello there, everyone! Reina here to introduce her third character to this lovely RP, Sumeragi Hokuto from Tokyo Babylon. She's quite an eccentric character, but she won't bite you to death or something like that! Just wear rather outrageous clothing and be louder and more flamboyant than most. XD; Remind me never to write an intro post when I'm supposed to be doing other things, whoops!

I kinda get that problem when I have characters whose sanity are kinda hinged on other characters from their own canon. XD;
