New Character introduction.
Hey guys, Alessa/Vincent/LV Mun bringing you a non-SH character! From the somewhat obscured, and sadly hiatused manga Legal Drug I bring you, Kazahaya Kudo.
He has a special power, in that when he touches an object linked with a person he gains the memories, and feelings of the person who the object relates to. He's also empathetic, and has some catlike abilities.
He was pulled after the last assignment in volume 2, and is wearing a school girl uniform.
