It's your resident Steph (player of Meg and Aerith) coming in with my third character - Homura Akemi from that magical girl series that's full of care bears and happy things. Not sad at all, nope. (Puella Magi Madoka Magica)

Homura is a magical girl with the ability to manipulate time, like freezing it and traveling back to a point in the past. She's also a little standoffish but she totally warms up eventually I promise. Everyone needs a time bendy magical girl in their lives, yes? Good.

Her first post will probably go up on Tuesday, after event things are over! If you want to reach me for plottings or whatever, I'm on plurk at violentwords. Can't wait to throw her out there!

Hi, all! I'm Megan and I'm a newbie though I've been eyeing this game for awhile now!

I'm bringing you Lena Duchannes (LEE-nuh DOO-kane, if you were curious) from a YA book series called The Caster Chronicles but also sometimes the Beautiful Creatures series because why not be confusing, right? Keen observers might recognize the second name because a movie adaptation of the first book was released earlier this year.

Anyway! Lena is a Caster, as in spell caster, as in witch. And because she's a special snowflake, she's one of the most powerful Casters around, having control over the natural world. And because she's a super duper special snowflake, she's neither a Light Caster, nor a Dark Caster; she's both, which is why she has one green eye and one gold eye. That's what happens when you refuse to choose one side over the other. You just claim yourself, disrupt the natural order of things, and nearly end the world. No big.

Right, so as Lena is practically a godmode, I urge you to check out her permissions post to see what her powers are and how we could play around with them. There's also an additional post of average permissions that detail what your character could do to Lena.

I've also got a separate mirror side journal for her (wickedways) where the difference is she's fully Dark (which basically means inclined to do evil and not care about anyone but herself) so that permissions post up there also applies to Dark!Lena.

Hello, everyone! This is RW, your resident Zack Fair (colorofthesky). This evening, I am bringing my second character to Entranceway! His name is Aslan, and he hails from a books series called The Chronicles of Narnia.

For those of you who don't know him, he is the Big Cheese of a country by the name of Narnia -- the King of the Wood, the Emperor of the Lone Islands, the Lord and Creator of everything from the stars in the sky to the smallest creature to walk the earth, and so on. He likes long walks on beaches, romping around broken pieces of stone, making holiday with Bacchus and Silenus, and being a comforter to those in need. He's not a TAME lion, though (as Narnians say), so he does have some bite to him when the occasion calls for it.

Hi everyone!

I'm Carly, a brand-new player to the game (which, uh, SUPER excited to be here, bee tee dubs), and I'm bringing in Lydia Martin, from the TV show Teen Wolf.

Lydia is one of the seemingly normal few in a world of supernatural creatures - supposedly. But she's not just the popular girl; she has hidden smarts (with a 5.0 GPA to show for it) and she also possesses this super-secret ability that has yet to be revealed in canon, ooooh. Let's face it, when that happens she'll probably be updated to reflect that change so girl can finally find out what's making her hallucinate and go into fugue states and generally act all cray-cray. She's also immune to a lot of supernatural influence - she didn't turn when bitten by a werewolf, and it's safe to say the same would also apply re: vampires, etc.

Oh, and re: mirrors - I don't have a journal for her yet, but there will likely be a non-immune werewolf!Lydia circling around at some point. >:D

Hello friends! Haven't gotten my feet wet in the RP scene for quite a while now, I'm really excited for this game and what I'm told is a lovely playerbase. :> Thanks again to the never-ceases-to-be-rad Bubbles, who plays Susan here, I think. She's the one who wrangled me in here in the first place.

The character I'm unfortunately inflicting on people is Marian Hawke, from Dragon Age 2. Some nobles got together and named her Champion for saving their city and skin and it's completely gone to her head. She's absolutely, positively an obnoxious, grinning fool of a wizard without any disinclination to keep her nose out of people's business. She thinks she's clever (and she can be!), but she also has little to no ability to keep her mouth shut and identify situations in which sick attempts at humor wouldn't help an iota.

And, yes, she's a magic-user! A very proficient one, although if you've got anything worse than a broken leg she probably can't help you. If you want fireballs, torn earth, lightning, and maybe some silliness with gravity, she's your Champion. Bit of a show-off, even.

At the canon point Hawke is being taken from, she hasn't had time to clean up yet from a horrifically gory battle. Demons and holy warriors and a whole lot of violent magic was involved, and she's not looking or feeling too hot. But don't anybody worry, she'll bounce back and be annoying your characters soon. :>

I don't log onto my AIM as much as I should (mohjitusstre), but I can def. be contacted on plurk here no problemo: lahorchata. I'm happy to chat about present or future CR at any time!

Hi, guys! I made a Dracula post in the mirror!verse for the recent plot event. Basically, Dracula is growing weak, because the earth he's been sleeping on is only a reflection of his native soil...without which he can not rest! Lack of proper dirt to sleep in is one of the things that can kill Dracula permanently.

Basically, I'm trying to further things along a bit, just a bit, so people can start figuring out that Matthew Maule isn't quite what he seems. :D

He's going to try and pretend that he's just ill, but might not pull it off very well. :D So, please, come see Dracula in his mirror's room? Anyone and everyone is welcome! Thanks!

hello! has everyone recovered from sdcc yet? i sure haven't even though i didn't even go there.

but yeah. i'm franni and this is my first character here so please be kind!

it's captain hook (yep) from once upon a time and i'll be taking him from the most recent episode. for everyone not familiar with the canon: in the ouat version captain hook was first known as killian jones. he becomes hook when rumplestiltskin kills the woman he loves and cuts off his hand. even after all these years (the guy spent like 100 years cruising around neverland) he's still heartbroken and very sad inside. that never stops him from getting his guyliner and innuendos all over everyone though.

the permissions post can be found here but if it's tl;dr, i'll just say this: punch him in the face, you'll feel better.

Hello, Eway! This is Christine, player of Emma Swan (cursebreaking) and Jo Harvelle (lightgunhustler) bringing in my third and most likely final character, Cid Highwind from Final Fantasy VII. He'll be coming in from just after the events of Advent Children and is going to be awfully cranky about having had to leave his baby behind. His baby being his latest airship, the Shera, though it's entirely possible that he misses the ship's namesake, too. >.> You didn't hear it from him, though.

Cid is awesome at all things mechanical, a pro at chainsmoking and a champion drinker, so you can bet that any of the regulars at the bar will be seeing a lot of him. He tends to be on the brash and grumpy side, but he's pretty much a huge softy beneath that gruff exterior and it honestly doesn't take much digging at all to figure that out. He'll be glad to see some old friends and other figures from home here, as well as happy to make new friends, if they don't mind all the cursing. >.>

His intro will be going up shortly, and I also wanted to let people know that Emma will be coming back from her extended canon update (since she was gone for the duration of the chess/Mirror event and the week before) either late tonight or early tomorrow, and she'll have been updated to the end of Season 2! I'll be aiming to get her post up sometime tonight if I can.

ETA: For anyone that might not have it but wants it, my plurk name is hufflepuffed and my AIM is circusofthedamned. Feel free to hit me up anytime!
