been a good run

Hey everyone, Pen here. I really hate to do this. I've been here for so long--three years with both Rick and Sans. But unfortunately it's time for me and my boys to go. In short, I'm dropping Sans and Rick Sanchez, and thus the game.

It's a combination of factors, mostly IRL stuff. Work has been a nightmare for almost two months and it has left me with no time or energy for RP at all. It shows no signs of slowing down, otherwise I'd probably just stay on hiatus and try to just tough it out. But both Rick and Sans have also kind of run their course, and they've been steadily losing most of their CR. It just seems like trying to hold onto them isn't going to work out for anyone.

I'm really sorry to anyone who had active threads with me the past month. I was really hoping to be able to at least finish out some threads before I left, but it's just not going to happen. However, if you and/or your character wants some kind of personalized goodbye message from Sans or Rick, let me know. I can probably at least swing that.

I hate leaving Eway. This game has really been home for me for a long time now. I hope I can come back sometime in the future. Thank you to everyone for making Eway so special :)

Pen, I'm so sorry to hear about this! Rick and Fitz's hateship was some of the most consistent, longrunning CR I've ever had in any game. It never went too deep or delved into "we've known each other this long, let's be friends." Three solid years of "omg fuck that guy he's an asshole". It's been a long time and a good time.

I hope things clear up for you otherwise.

I fucking loved their hateship so much. I love how they just never moved in any direction past "i hate that guy." I really wish I could have finished that last thread they were in because that was so cool and a lot of fun.
