The soulless demon of the night that can't even so much as think too seriously about harming a human thanks to a nice little piece of Government-issued demon control tech implanted in his brain. Not to mention, he's got a bit of an obsession with Sunnydale, California's local Vampire Slayer. Oops. However, if you're not human, he will delight in retaliating if you piss him off. Or, y'know, if he just generally doesn't like your face.

I would say it's debatable. On one hand, the chip may not recognise that they're not normal, but they technically still have a soul. Then again, since there aren't really mutants like in Marvel, it may not recognise them as being human or demon. So it's probably whatever you prefer we go with. owo
