Tavros is super interesting in Miguel's book, even if it is for sliiightly superficial reasons. The new species thing along with the magnificent horns pique Miguel's interest in the strange and different. It doesn't hurt that Miguel is kind of assuming that he invented and constructed his own wheelchair despite being unable to walk. Tavros is an inspiration.
