TAVROS thinks Miguel is a bit strange. Not a bad strange, but a good strange. Like, I'm not sure if you understand and it's kind of hard to explain. But regardless, Tavros likes Miguel a lot and feels like he could go on adventures with Miguel from the feeling he's gotten so far.

And that's why he likes Miguel, maybe that's what the 'strangeness' is, like, Tavros can feel it with Miguel's emotions that he's adventurous in some way.
