New character!

Hi guys!

This is Ket (Canada-mun) here with character number two.  This is Tsunayoshi Sawada and he would rather not be here, so try to treat him nice. Nah, it's cool, you can go ahead and be mean.

I know that this moe little mafioso has been played here before so I hope I can do him justice. I don't know where the last mun was pulling him from, but I'm taking him from immediately after the ring battles.  Now I just have to decide what room to put him in...
