hales731. I'm bring you creepy stalker boy time hax0r Rolo (Haliburton) Lamperouge from Code Geass R2. He'll be from post episode 13, so he's totally NOT HAPPY with anyone who isn't Lelouch Lamperouge.
Also, beware! He may seem cute and shy, but he's actually got a darker side. Like Lelouch, he has a Geass which allows him to essentiall FREEZE any number of people he wants for up to five seconds. But unlike Lelouch, he can use his Geass any number of times without limit. He usually uses this toshank knife take out whoever is in his way~
But, he can be broken, so feel free to mess his his head a little~ 8D
