It's been a couple of years now since he decided not to cooperate with the whole Armageddon thing, and he's just marked his 13th birthday. He's been keeping to his policy of non-interference with the world at large, but he still comes with immense world-altering power, some of which just kind of stays on in the background even when he's not purposely using it. As such, it's particularly important that people fill out his permissions post, which is lengthy on the explanations but should only take a second to fill out.
