De-Hiatusing + Canon Update

Hey, Steph 2.0 here, Y'know Isaac Lahey mun? I'm still here, I was just on hiatus, sorry for disappearing. A family death led to me wanting basically nothing to do with much of anything in existence. That being said I'm dropping all previous threads ( this includes event threads ) because I really don't wanna be reminded of what I was doing at the time and I just need to start fresh. Isaac's been on autopilot, up until Feburary 3rd, when he's just vanished without much of a trace -- fear not, it's just for a canon update. When he comes back at the end of the week, he will be fresh from 3.17 Silverfinger.

For those of you who are more supernaturally inclined or just HIGHLY observant will notice a symbol that looks like a backwards five, whatever it is looks like a tattoo or some form of scarification.

It's Japanese for "self" and it was left by an oni, or a demon, a group of dark spirits inhabiting Beacon Hills. At the point I'm taking Isaac from, he doesn't know what it is or what it means. The touch of the oni left it on him to symbolize that he isn't possessed by any malevolent forces such as a dark kitsune.

Well versed hunters or creatures of the supernatural have my permission to know what it is or notice it, since I'm sure to angels or demons or whatever other spooks there are here, it might be a bit of a neon sign of supernatural.
