I just want to say I'm not dead. I know I haven't been around in a little while. I had to have emergency surgery to remove a tumor. So I had my head wide open for far longer than I'd like to admit and this is the first time I've been well enough to actually get online and type this up. (Though some people might already know thanks to me being in the hospital for close to a month.)

I'm being released on the 13th and I'm already doing better but that's the safe date to when I'll be officially back and in RPing condition again. (AKA not being on 3 different pain killers.) I'm super sorry for everything that's happened recently. Had I known this was gonna come up I probably wouldn't have tried to be as involved as I was. ): I hope you don't all hate me.

Extreme Hiatus: Apartment Edition

SO, the joys of moving into a new apartment can include more space, better location, and a complete and utter lack of internet connection.

I don't know when I'll have internet, maybe the 9th, and I don't have the funds to sit in Starbucks everyday, unfortunately. So this means hiatus time for the boys. Both Jack (thislevelofperfection) and Sirius (maraudinggrim) will be affected and any and all god-modding rights can go to their castmates.

If anyone needs me for anything, you can still ping me on plurk, I'm just not going to be able to tag all that regularly.

It's Jade, player of Cordelia Chase [ tact ] and with me I've brought my good vampire friend, Caroline Forbes from The Vampire Diaries. She hails in from 3x22, and is a very distraught vampire individual who is always kidnapped, so falling down a rabbit hole isn't anything new for her.

As she is a vampire (and one that can control people and needs to feed!), she comes with a permissions post that I ask you to read over and let me know what she can and cannot do to your character[s] at your leisure! (And her mirror, laud, comes with one, too! I just love permissions posts.)

Caroline's a bubbly vampire who is neurotic and seriously into controlling everything so I am looking forward to seeing how she copes with being in Wonderland. (Also, there is an opt out option at both permissions posts just in case she breaches any of your comfort levels! Caroline's the good cop to her mirror's bad cop.) Contact is pippers, as always. Will be introing her after we all get our tropes on. ♥

Just popping in to announce that Clara is gone from the mansion as of today for a canon update, and she'll be back in a week! She's being updated to the end of series 7 and will be coming back a slightly hot mess that will be back to her old self in no time.

I'll be using this week to wrap up all my backtags and complete threads, so if you've been waiting a bit on a tag from me (especially a log one) I'll be hopping on that and we can figure out a direction to go in! And I'll also be merrily chugging away on this weekend's event things as well. If you've got any questions or anything, you can find me on plurk at fantasmic!

Hiatus

Hey, guys! I was recently offered a position as a full-time zookeeper. Which means I have to find an apartment, move to it, and start a new job...all within the next two weeks.

So I'm declaring a hiatus for Jack. There are some tags in my inbox right now, and I'm really eager to get back to those threads and hope you will all be willing to pick them back up with me when I return, but I currently just can't apportion the amount of attention required to make decent replies, let alone tag out to anything new.

I may or may not do a little backtagging in a sudden moment of boredom or inspiration, but the hiatus will remain in effect from now until July 20.

I'm Hibi and I'll be playing your resident cocky redhead sanity breaker Genesis Rhapsodos. Like Angeal, he's one of the original boyband members First Class SOLDIERs aaaaaaand practically he kind of broke everyone's minds by going AWOL, doing very awful shit, and reciting LOVELESS like a broken record.

But unfortunately for those looking for an incredibly awful awful awful man, I'll be taking him from the near-end of Crisis Core after Zack beats him up which in some way cured him. Weird. But now that he's well, he's full of aaaaaaaaaaaangst.

If he gets over that, though, I'm sure he'll be a lot of fun to be around... uh... I think. If he... ever does. Whoops.

semi-hiatus

Going on a family vacation starting tomorrow and ending Sunday, July 7th. It's just a vacay to a little lake town where we basically go to do nothing and not be bothered. I expect to work on my tan, stuff my face, and finally finish reading A Dance With Dragons, fucking doorstop.

But there's wifi and it's not like we go out and do a whole lot, so I'll be one from time to time, and in the evenings. Just not as often. And I'll probably be focusing on Armin here as I get used to him. So yeah! Just a little heads-up.
