theheartpart Hey, everyone, hi. Karen here.
Along with John Blake (oversight ), I'm adding young Mr. Xander Harris to my roster of characters (which totals at my limit of two). For those that aren't familiar, Xander is from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He is the very normal, very sarcastic, very heartfelt third of a trio (and more) of evil-abolishing friends. He's coming in from the season 5 finale, "The Gift," which is probably not the worst time and place he could come from, but it's going to be a bit tumultuous, as he'll be looking for his best friend who doesn't appear to be joining him in this strange storybook world on the other end of a portal he wasn't even near.
From a different angle, he's been through a lot. Magicks and constantly changing scenery and sudden urges to sing are all par for the course in his world, as are demons, humanoid robots, and vampires (plus much, much more). Also he's pretty familiar with the apocalypse and preventing it, so he'll have something in common with a lot of you guys. He does pretty well to roll with the punches, but he's still a bit of a lovable coward with or without his friends around.
With him comes his mirror (thebrainyguy), a rather bookish, intellectual fellow with an interest in just the facts. He will have none of that speculation, thank you very much.
As always, if anyone would like to plot or just chit chat, please feel free to let me know.
