Canonically, as part of Lucifer’s training for Elaine, he makes her create her own planet. She’s forced to learn, rather abruptly, exactly what that means. In a nutshell, it helps her realize that more often than not, managing something of that scale needs a relaxed approach. She learns her greatest lesson from it: that sometimes, the best thing to do is to do nothing at all.
