Some canoncanon update and dehiatusing

Okay, the Canoncanonupdate first. I've been thinking about this close to four months now, and there are some things about HK that I'd like to retcon about his situation back home (due to new information from the dramas and other things) - nothing that has been mentioned by him in game since December, so it shouldn't be too hard.
I've talked the involved parties before, so I hope this is alright?

So yeah, almost exclusively about family.
- England and Japan are his brothers, Taiwan his sister (and, I guess, that makes UK's brothers his brothers as well, though I have no idea what that makes Japan and America, or HK and China)
- Him and Taiwan call China "teacher"; I frankly have no idea what that makes them, and thus won't mention it, but if we ever get a China...
- China and UK are still both something like a father-figure to him, to tie in with the old back-home situation.


Okay, and on a different note, I'm back from hiatus.

I'm... probably gonna be a bit slow, tired, and extremely irritable starting this week until at least part-way through May 'cause my job is getting a system overhaul and we go live three weeks from today! ...*headdesk* We're far from ready too... Gimme my goddamn quarterly reports, boss person, I wanna get those done before we go live with the new system /sob

So I apologize in advance for any ignored/late taggage with Vivi, Stellar, Hichigo, and Kuukaku and any snarky comments! I just don't have enough brain power to be ninja-tagging like I used to and I'm too stubborn to leave the internet alone with an official hiatus so...Yeah! ... Wow tis late.
