Some small changes with how father works!

Other-Father- A fantastic character to play, but god has he got an odd way of working. I'm currently trying to sort out the ways that he does work and one of the changes I think I'm going to do is this:
Power to know the names of children:
Yes, all children grow up, but I think from now on he'll only know the names of kids 15 and under. Also human, or at least some part human (Say a normal child, a part-animal child he knows the names of, where as a robot child he doesn't) is another requirement. Yes this is going to be odd to figure out EVERYBODY, but I'm sure if I work on a little personal database then I'll figure things out.
I don't want to retcon him though to forget all of the other names, so if he's knows your names then just comment here on whether you want to just say 'Oh, they spoke about it on the network' or 'It never happened'. :3
He'll still have fatherly instincts to everyone though, considering that is his purpose in life.
Sorry for the odd change, but he'll be a heck of a lot easier for me to play, plus it seems more canon for this.
P.S. If anyone who already has a father/child relationship/ other father's trying to get you on his side and you want to keep it, just say and I'll make an exception to the rule considering the age (or if they look child-like enough).
