Hiatus Update Thing

I promised I would keep you guys posted about my hiatus and job with Horror Nights. Well, my first day was today and I found out what areas I'm in charge of caring for costumes for.

I'm on 5 of the Scarezones, which means my performers are out on the street rather than in soundstages. So for anyone local to Florida or anyone visiting, I'm in charge of:

-CONTAINMENT-
Harzardous gas has been emitted accidentally into the atmosphere and a containment crew rushes to try and quarantine the area while happless victims, already exposed, feel their skin begin to melt.

-LIGHTS, CAMERA, HACKTION!: The Chainsaw Drillteam Massacre-
Hollywood Boulevard is taken over by a film crew filming the next great horror film, The Chainsaw Drillteam Massacre. However, when the drillteam starts to hack into the cast and crew the blood starts to spew.

-MEL'S DIE-IN-
The former Drive-In theatre is now a haunt for your favorite movie freaks from Halloween, Psycho, My Bloody Valentine, and others. [Jensen Ackles!!]

-CIRQUE DU FREAK-
From the novels and the upcoming film The Vampire's Assistant, you have a ticket to Cirque du Freak. [The costumes for this made me go squee with their gothy prettiness.]

-Main Entrance-
I'm not sure what this will be exactly, but the general theme is that of a haunted movie theatre, so I think it will be like...movie ushers or something. No idea.

So yeah, I'm going to be out on the streets at night taking so many pictures it wont even be funny. I'll try to tag Dean, but right now I'm working 8 to 4:30 trying to get everything ready and it's a mad rush. But I just wanted to update y'all on the action. It's gonna be freakin sweet.
