Back from hiatus... to semi-hiatus?

Well, folks, I've been thinking long and hard and... I'm back. But not all the way back.

With my busy schedule and my busy mind, I can't play the Doctor at full strength. I can't have him commenting EVERYWHERE and expect to keep up with things, and I'm just not smart or educated enough to play him to type a bit. So I'm back, but with a few conditions:

1) I'm only going to have him reply when he has something useful to say. Superfluous tags will have to wait a while. Probably weekends.

2) If for some reason I need to do a tagback that requires research or can't find his voice, I'll hold back a while. So tagbacks will be very slow.

3) I may just end up quizzing muns about historical contexts of their characters instead of looking it up on Wikipedia. I'm a college student and the Doctor is a vast character.

I hope that's okay with everyone. If not, I can drop him so someone more worthy can play the part.
