A terrorist, you say? YES. This one. X3 His name is Katsura Kotarou, but don't call him Zura or it won't be pretty. He's from Gintama, has a vendetta against the Amanto -- that's the alien race from the series -- and will not hesitate to bomb shit up FOR GREAT JUSTICE. He also enjoys crossdressing and wanting to be Gintoki's wife. He's also in possession of a giant alien duck... thing named Elizabeth, but you won't be able to find the thing yet!
