I will definitely TRY to aim for that though, but maybe let's see if there's another thing we can use as a back-up plan.
- You mentioned something about the mucous membranes being vulnerable? If Philip shoots the bullets he has at Kaneki, maybe he'll get lucky with a shot or two to his eyes or such, and temporarily slow Kaneki down enough to get the hell outta dodge?
- attack in the kitchen SET ON FIRE WITH COOKING ALCOHOL AND RUN
- If there is somebody else scheduled to be attacked around the same time (I'd go for Wed 20, early morning to noon) then maybe their arrival could distract Kaneki long enough for Philip to escape?
- TUNNELS I think it probably doesnt sound be feasible for Philip to actually lose Kaneki down there since super speed, but maybe if he fell/jumped through one of the cracks Kaneki would not bother trying to go after him?
- pushing... library... shelves on.... top of him until he gives up?
