It's hard tip say if ghouls are supernatural or not--it's not something that's ever addressed in the canon. Their biology is discussed though, so out seems like they're considered to be naturally existing. HOWEVER, he definitely isn't human (at least physically), so if that's what it takes to be considered supernatural, I'm cool with that. :)
