Team Jabberwocky Cage! (AKA Team Dumbass)
A while back, I made a post about Crowley's plan to build a cage that could potentially trap the Jabberwocky since at the time they'd had no idea where the vorpal sword was and the creature was possible going to be the unkillable sort.
In April, after bringing the idea up to a few associates, Crowley presented the idea to the network at large and had a decent response. At this point, he's been working on it for several months with the donated skills of anyone he could find with interest, be it magical, technological or literally building the physical structure. Using the closets, he's kept them supplied with the best and strongest materials that anyone has suggested.
At this point, anyone is welcome to handwave involvement in its construction or magical warding. I want this open to anyone who wants to play with the idea or use it as a means to get CR. Even if your character wasn't around for Crowley's network post, he's very openly solicited help and that's very open to newer characters, as well. If you'd like to handwave Crowley telling your character what happened last December and vague details of the future they saw as part of your character's involvement, that's totally cool with me, too. I'm happy to work with anyone and help anyone out in having this be a very fun likely failure!
Right now, the characters that are still around that expressed interest, IC or handwaved, are:
John Blake
Dean Winchester
Sam Winchester
Castiel
AJ Crowley
Bela Talbot
Emma Swan
Lilith
Kevin Tran
Shannon Beiste
Belle Gold
Mr. Gold
Skye
There were also characters who said they were looking for the sword instead of helping with the cage and if any of them want to have also helped, that should be fine.
The plan to lure the monster into the cage at this point is using live bait. Crowley and Dean have agreed that people will draw straws to be the bait, but they've also both agreed that Sam, Blake, Jo and Castiel will be kept entirely out of the process whether they like it or not. This may have cut down the straw drawing to just the two of them.
